We open up a campaign for a window of time (usually 7-15 days) and take pre-orders on specific styles and colorways. We let you know about all of the product details, including the cause and the percentage of sales being contributed to that cause. Once the campaign closes, we move into production and ship directly from our warehouse once completed (usually about 4-6 weeks). Straightforward, right?

If for whatever reason we are unable to exchange an item, we can provide a refund for the total price of the item(s) MINUS the contributed portion of the profits.
